It is located on the slopes of Fruška Gora within the settlement of the same name, with a beautiful view of the Danube and the Vojvodina plain. The inspiration for the architecture of this settlement came from the Vojvodina chardak, whose shape and architecture we associate with this area. Within this modern settlement, inspired by the tradition of Vojvodina, 5 types of buildings with associated courtyards and common vineyard, which completes the offer of the entire complex.
Special attention is focused on the users, their intimacy, connection with the nature and life outside the city. Precisely for that reason we provided various facilities, which means- complete comfort when it comes to housing as well as coexistence with the natural environment. Accordingly, in addition to the basic rooms, all facilities have their own small spa centre, gym, wine cellar, etc. The common facilities within the complex are: fitness trail, shared vineyard, playgrounds for children, meditation area, summer kitchen, orchards, viewpoint, etc.

The entire complex has been created as a closed-type concept, with a vineyard in which owners of the residential buildings can participate and be a part of the wine production.
The construction approach is sustainable, on the account of using local materials as much as possible, as well as energy efficiency – alternative energy sources such as windmills and solar panels.
The basic idea from the beginning was the use natural and local materials – those that are characteristic of the region. Two basic are- the brick and wood. Construction will be carried out using the classic AB skeleton system, and the external walls are planned with the thermal blocks with additional adequate thermal insulation in the form of hard – pressed mineral wool. The entire complex is dominated by greenery: grassy areas, orchards, vines and landscaped greenery.
